7 September. tomorrow, will be the birthday of two members of the international Punk Scholars Network. They are Russ Bestley from England and Terry from the Netherlands.
The same 7 September is the birthday of Chrissie Hynde. She almost became a member of 999, singer of the Clash and guitarist of the Damned, before she started the Pretenders.
Chrissie has unusually long fingers, enabling her to play guitar better. She shares that, not just her birthday day, with Terry, since the 1970s bass player/singer in first Hideous and PVC, then Cheap ‘n’ Nasty.
